Company is unreliable!! The driver canceled my tow at the last minute making me miss my scheduled repair appointment. It was not insurance companies fault as you stated, it was your fault. You should have canceled the tow request at 12:30 PM or not accepted. I called to confirm with you at 3:00 PM. passed the expected arrival time of 2:30 PM you could not get to me until 4:00 PM. Wow! Your customer service is awful. Bad Business and unprofessional.
